This course is self-paced; however, the exam must be taken with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) within 3 months of course completion.

Through a combination of text, case studies, and practical exercises, students will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the commercial real estate sector.

The Alberta Real Estate Foundation invests in real estate policy, research, practices, and education that strengthen Alberta’s communities.
